Comments on Average Salary Calculation:
Due to experience levels, the salaries of new teachers hired may have been lower or higher than the salaries of teachers who left. We also have teachers who participate in the Encore (Retire/Rehire) program through ESI. Therefore, the result is a skewed percentage of increase in salaries. The percentage increase in average teacher salary of continuing teachers (teachers who were employed in FY2026 and who stayed in their same positions in FY2027) for all schools is 3.4027%.
